Prices shown are indicative. The final price is confirmed only after physical inspection and may change with the actual fault, parts availability and scope of work. We inform you before work begins.
Warranty, parts and the public offer
Warranty periods (Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991), the treatment of parts and service outcomes are governed solely by the stated warranty terms and the public offer. Orders are accepted under the public offer agreement (Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015) — scope, prices, timeframes, warranty, cancellation, liability — electronically, with a verifiable confirmation. Advertising is truthful and free of unsubstantiated guarantees (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996).
Claims and consumer protection
Send a claim to contact@kroxelia.com or by post to the address below; we reply in writing within the statutory period. Out-of-court complaints may be filed with the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
Personal data and cookies
Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3998-IX of 06.06.2024. Non-essential cookies and trackers need prior consent, as easy to refuse as to give and withdrawable at any time. Promotional messages need prior consent (Law of Ukraine No. 2710-IX of 16.12.2020) and carry an opt-out.
