02 Program overview

A paid 42-point inspection, and no repair before your approval

The 42-point inspection covers brakes, suspension, fluids, belts, battery health, tyres, lights and stored diagnostic fault codes. Each result is recorded with a photo or a measurement, so every line in your report can be traced back to the vehicle.

The Essential Inspection costs 1,200 UAH. We do not run a free inspection, because lift time and technician hours are part of the work. If you approve a repair from the report within 14 days and complete it at the same location, the full fee is credited toward that repair.

Approval comes before any wrench moves

No repair work begins before you approve it. Each recommendation shows a service code, a status of Required now, Monitor next visit or No action, a price range in UAH, a one-sentence rationale and the next interval. Items you decline stay in the report for future reference.

03 / Tier ledger

Essential and Standard, compared line by line

Both tiers run the same 42-point inspection. The difference is how often the car returns and how much bay time the visit needs.

03 / Report Anatomy

The inspection report, line by line

Every recommendation carries a service code, a status, a price range in UAH, one sentence of reasoning and the interval for the next check. No work begins until you approve it.

  • BRK-104Front brake pads, 3 mm leftRequired now

Pad thickness sits under the 4 mm replacement threshold, so wet-weather stopping distance is already longer than spec.

2,400–3,200 UAH · next check at 15,000 km

  • SUS-207Rear shock absorber seepageMonitor next visit

Light oil film on the left rear damper, no rebound loss measured, so it is logged rather than replaced today.

4,800–6,500 UAH if confirmed · recheck at 10,000 km

  • FLT-012Cabin filter and drain channelNo action

Airflow and moisture readings are inside tolerance, so the filter stays in service until its normal interval.

450–700 UAH when due · next check at 30,000 km

05 / Approval Process

No repair starts before you approve it in writing.

The visit runs the same way at every partner bay: measured, priced, then approved by you. Items you decline stay in the report for the next visit.

  1. 01

    42-point inspection in the bay

The technician records measurements, photo references and component condition for each checkpoint on the list.

  2. 02

    Written estimate with service codes

Each recommendation shows a service code, a status, a price range in UAH, one sentence of rationale and the next interval.

  3. 03

    You approve line by line

Approve, defer or refuse any item. The advisor signs the sheet with you and the approved scope is locked.

  4. 04

    Work scheduled, declined items logged

Approved work is booked at the same location. Deferred items return on your next report with their original reference.

06 / FAQ

Fees, warranty and parts, in plain terms

What the inspection costs, how approval works, and what happens to the parts we fit. No small print to guess at.

Is the inspection free?

No. The Essential Inspection is 1,200 UAH and is paid at the bay. Approve repair work within 14 days at the same location and that fee is credited toward your approved total.

Why does the report show a price range?

Each recommendation carries a UAH range built from current parts and labour. After we open the problem area and the diagnosis is confirmed, you receive a written estimate with a single figure. Nothing moves before you approve it.

Will you carry out work I did not approve?

No. No repair work begins before customer approval. Items you decline stay in the report, so the next visit picks up from the same line.

What does the parts and labour warranty cover?

Parts we source carry the manufacturer warranty, tied to the part number in your report. Our fitting labour is covered for 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first, on the item we installed. Consumables and normal wear items are excluded.

Can I supply my own parts?

Yes, with one condition. The labour warranty then covers our work only, not the component. If a supplied part fails, the re-fit is charged again.

Does this program guarantee my car will not break down?

No. Preventive maintenance lowers risk but does not guarantee vehicle reliability or prevent every future breakdown. What it gives you is a dated record of what was checked, measured and replaced.
