• Inspection findings, photos, reports, estimates, invoices, correspondence.
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, cookie identifiers.

3. Purposes, basis, recipients

We process data to confirm bookings, perform inspections, prepare reports and estimates, keep service history, invoice, handle claims and meet legal duties, on the basis of your consent, a contract and legal obligations. Data may be shared with inspectors, hosting and IT providers, accountants and public authorities where required.

4. Retention and your rights

Records are kept for the warranty period and statutory accounting terms, then deleted. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, withdraw consent and object by emailing contact@kroxelia.com; we verify identity and reply under Law No. 3998-IX. Complaints: Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Non-essential cookies, analytics and marketing tools are set only with prior informed consent, refusable as easily as given and withdrawable at any time via the banner. Promotional emails, SMS or messenger messages need prior consent and always carry an opt-out (Law No. 2710-IX of 16.12.2020).
