1. Provider, bookings and prices

kroxelia.com provides inspection booking, digital reports and coordination with independent repair shops under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991. Prices are in UAH. A booking is confirmed only after electronic acceptance of the public offer and verifiable confirmation. Availability depends on city and assigned shop; timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

2. Reports and repair approval

Reports are sent electronically and describe observable conditions at inspection time; they are not a warranty of repair outcome, quality or safety, consistent with the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996. Repair work is performed by independent repair shops. You approve scope, price and timeframe before work starts. The shop is responsible for its work; kroxelia.com coordinates booking and reporting. Warranty terms appear in the public offer.

3. Cancellation, liability and complaints

Cancellation, refund and liability rules are set in the public offer accepted at booking; mandatory consumer rights under Law No. 1023-XII are not limited. Send claims to contact@kroxelia.com or the address below. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection for out-of-court resolution under Law No. 1023-XII.

4. Language, privacy and marketing

Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian under the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII dated 25.04.2019; this English version is additional. Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3998-IX dated 06.06.2024; see our Privacy Notice. Marketing requires prior consent and an opt-out, under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 2710-IX dated 16.12.2020 and Law No. 675-VIII.
